iPad 2 Competition T&Cs
1. The iPAD 2 competition (the "Win an iPAD 2") is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
2. The iPAD 2 competition is not open to employees or agencies of www.wefindanydeal.com, their group companies or family members or anyone else connected to the iPAD 2 competition.
3. Entry into the iPAD 2 competition is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. To enter in the iPAD 2 competition you must find a new deal and submit it before 31st October 2011 on www.wefindanydeal.com
You should follow below steps to submit a new deal.
(a) First find an item which is under some discount offer or on sale. It could be anything from clothing to grocery or from electronic gadgets to toys, either available in UK high street stores or available online.
(b) If you are not registered on www.wefindanydeal.com then you must register yourself before next steps. You only need to enter your email address and username/password of your choice. Once you enter your details and register, you will need to click on activation link sent in email to your email address.
(c) Now you should be able to log-in with username and password
(d) Once you logged-in, you can submit the deal you found with a picture of item on sale, discount or on offer. We will ask you to select category where you think your deal item best fit and other basic details. It’s so simple.
(e) As soon as you submit your deal, it will be published on www.wefindanydeal.com
5. Any valid deal submission will be considered as an entry to the iPAD 2 competition. So more valid deals you submit before 31st Oct 2011 23:59 hrs, more chances for you to win an iPAD 2
6. We will ignore duplicate deals submitted by any user in with-in 3 days period, so if you see that the deal you intend to submit is already submitted and published by other user with-in last 3 days then please find and submit a different deal.
7. We will ignore invalid and incomplete deal submissions (missing any detail such as picture, price, link or incorrect data) while considering entries into the iPAD 2 competition.
8. Winner of the iPAD 2 competition will be chosen from a random draw of valid entries on 5th November 2011 and will be informed via email. Winning entry will be published on our website and in our newsletter shortly after that.
9. If you have any questions regarding how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please email info@wefindanydeal.com with "Win an iPAD 2" in the subject line.
10. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost for any technical or other reason.
11. The iPAD 2 competition opens at 23:59 on 24th September 2011 and closes at 23:59 on 31st October 2011. Entries received before or after that date and time will not be considered.
12. One winner will receive an iPAD 2 Wi-Fi 16GB "Apple Gift Card" via email before 15 November 2011.
13. www.wefindanydeal.com will not accept any responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
15. www.wefindanydeal.com retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
16. The winner may be required for promotional activity.
17. No purchase necessary.
18. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of www.wefindanydeal.com for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
19. www.wefindanydeal.com accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering in this competition or accepting the prize.
20. www.wefindanydeal.com further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with this competition.
21. www.wefindanydeal.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of www.wefindanydeal.com in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. www.wefindanydeal.com shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
23. The Win an iPAD 2 competition and prize draw will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India only.
